You can join an established event or do things your own way. Choose your own route, collect sponsorships and make your own rules! There are no wrong ways to fundraise. Create your own online fundraising campaign or download a sponsorship form and do things the old-fashioned way.

Wherever the water takes you, let us be part of your journey!
We will support you!

Things to consider
1. Make S.M.A.R.T goals - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound. Make it easy to see how far you have come!
2. Be consistent - Regular training is key. Even shorter swim sessions can make a big difference over time. Reduce injury risk!
3. Consistent but varied - Vary your distances, pace, and swimming styles to keep things enjoyable and balanced. You can be consistent by week but varied by day. Keep things fun & interesting!

4. Listen to your body - Rest and recovery are just as important as training. Stay hydrated and fuel yourself properly. Push yourself, but do so safely – do not overtrain!
5. Prepare properly - Whether you are swimming indoors or outdoors, confidence and preparation matter. Make sure you have the right kit and always swim safely. Your body will thank you!
You can do it!
