Tips to help you succeed
Things to consider
1. Make S.M.A.R.T goals - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound. Make it easy to see how far you have come!
2. Be consistent - Regular rides, even shorter ones, will help build your endurance and confidence steadily over time. Reduce injury risk!
3. Keep training interesting - Mix up your routes, distances and terrain to keep things enjoyable and challenging. Keep things fun & interesting!

4. Take care of yourself - Rest days, hydration and proper nutrition are all important parts of training and recovery. Push yourself, but do so safely – do not overtrain!
5. Check your equipment - Make sure your bike is safe and comfortable before setting off and always wear the appropriate safety gear. Your body will thank you!
You can do it!
