A year of mixed emotions, following the passing of our founder, Mrs Averil R Jarvis MBE on 22 January 2025. Averil was a compassionate and visionary advocate for the elderly and their pets.

Averil’s unwavering commitment to the welfare of both people and animals has left an indelible mark on the lives of many.
