You can join an established event or do things your own way. Choose your own route, collect sponsorships, and make your own rules! There are no wrong ways to fundraise. Create your own online fundraising campaign or download a sponsorship form and do things the old-fashioned way.

We encourage you to chat with us about your fundraising ideas, we want to support you in any way we can to succeed. We will remain a phone call away and will check in with you during the lead up to your event. And of course, we will cheer you on every step of the way!

help yourself to succeed!
Things to consider
1. Make S.M.A.R.T goals - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound. Make it easy to see how far you have come!
2. Be consistent - It is better to be consistent and grow gradually. Find workouts and a routine that works for you and stick with them. Reduce injury risk!
3. Consistent but varied - Approach your training in weekly blocks with a variety of activities, distances, and intensities. You can be consistent by week but varied by day. Keep things fun & interesting!


4. Listen to your body - It is important to stay in tune with your body before, during, and after a run. An extra rest day is not a setback, it is often a necessary step to avoid injury, fatigue, and stunting your body's ability to recover. Adequate rest, nutrition, hydration and sleep are essential for your success. Push yourself, but do so safely – do not overtrain!
5. Don't underestimate the power of your footwear - The right pair of running shoes will not just feel comfortable but will help prevent injuries and make your stride feel smoother and more efficient. Everyone’s feet are different, so consider being professionally measured and fitted for a pair that suits your shape, running style, and the terrain you are taking on. Your feet will thank you!
